.............One case that stands out, the surge protector was completely destroyed but the equipment connected was not damaged, which was a Toshiba Projection TV, Toshiba VCR, Dish Network Satellite Receiver, and a Yamaha Sound Surround system. Expensive stuff and it all worked perfect and its been over a year so I’m confident they won’t have a problem. Now the rest of the story is the same day I picked up 3 other TVs, a Play Station, 2 telephones and another VCR from this same customer all from the same storm. The customer also had to have and appliance repairman come out to check out her microwave and stove. I replaced everything but 1 TV, which was repairable, and they bought a new Play Station at Wal-Mart.

This is a great testimonial to the quality of this product. I have never had a customer call us for service with another brand of surge protector where the equipment connected to the surge protector survived even when the surge protector showed less damage then the one I just described.
