I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how satisfied we are with both the installation and service we’ve received at our new house, and that we’ve been recommending your company to others. Both Jorden and Brandon are great to work with. My wife and I feel they went above and beyond when they installed our satellite TV system – they not only installed the TV and phone jacks in every room, but since we had never owned a satellite system before they also spent quite a bit of time explaining to us how to use our new system. We are very happy with the satellite system and we appreciate the professional service received from Gassman’s. As for the installation itself, I had made a point of letting you know that the feed into the house would be connected to our maze of wires going into each room from our “root cellar” and that it wasn’t necessary to “make things pretty”. You said your installation crew always did their best work on every installation, and they sure did! Both our electrician and our carpenter have commented on the high quality of the installation and they will be recommending your company to anyone who inquires. I have enclosed a picture so that you can see how nicely the connections were put in. Thanks to all of you for the good work!

We live in rural Iowa and when we remodeled our farm home in 1988 we looked for a provider for a satellite service. All that was available in our area at that time was a large dish satellite. Gassmann's of Anamosa/Monticello, was recommended to us. We contacted them and had a large dish installed. We have continued with service from them to this date. Our local
telephone company offered a small dish service...however, they could NOT provide multiple hooks ups which Gassmann's had provided for us. We phoned and asked Gassmann's install a small dish, in addition to the large dish, with service with Dish Network. They gave us exactly what we wanted
and for a lesser amount than offered to us otherwise. We personally feel Dish Network is the best
available. We have been very happy with all our dealings with Gassmann"s. We recently asked them
to set up and install a small dish with special hook ups for our family in Illinois. This was a little
beyond their normal area that they service...but they were more than happy to provide this for us. They provided us with exactly what we asked for and now our family in Illinois are also enjoying Dish Network satellite service because of Gassmann's. In our opinion they are good people!
